24/12/10: TKD COURSE AT GENTING

last Friday we got taekwondo course for instructors at genting, 10.00 am until 1.00 pm.

i went there on Thursday night, about 8.30 pm wif Hanafi n his myVi car. De journey went smoothly as a fren of hanafi guided us to a shortcut way to go to Genting. We stopped at RNR Seremban for a break as Hanafi haven eat his dinner. after he finished his meal, we continued our journey and arrived there about 1.00 am. erk... we kind a lost during finding the apartment haha :D
sir, bao hui, fiona n atikah had arrive there earlier. about 6.30 pm (mb)

that nite was not a peaceful nite i think haha^^
SKID (SPT kulai) arrived the apartment about 5 am n make kecoh XD so noisy~ i also din gt enuf sleep as i slept late, about 2 am but i woke up bfore 6 am. after subuh prayer n took bath , i watchd TV at downstairs as sir told me to not to sleep back. haiz so sleepy~ @_@

about 8.30 am, sir, hanafi, me, fiona, atikah, baohui n huma went out for breakfast at a warung roti canai. i think there were only 2 malay restaurants there. the roti canai not bad haha^^. sir a bit moody tat morning=.= mb bcoz some of us late.. aiks.. after finishd our tasty roti canai, we went back to apartment. after everyone gathered, we went to the place where the course held. unfortunately, the place that we decided to do course, were full booked==. at last, we do the course outside >.< the floor ws so cold! aiks....

i think the course went smoothly without any problems. there were 3 korean masters taught us. 1 of them is master lee. (another 2 i forgot ady haha XD)we were divided into 3 groups. 1st Dan bcame a group, 2nd and 3rd Dan a group, and another group ws 4th and 5th Dan. we learnt about self defense techniques , movement in pattern, n sparring training. master lee is funny^^ he talk about hip power haha but i think its really point to noe. erm.. then another master thought us about gentle force in attacking n blocking. its so interesting^^ although very painful to our hands== and another master thought us about foot work in free sparring. nice^^

after we finished our course, we took a picture^^ hehee..



then, we were having a meeting wif master Bala. he told us about next year programs. the tournaments, courses, exams, n others~ after that, we went for lunch at Gohtong Jaya. those who r non Muslim went to a Korean Restaurnt. we din follow them as the food there non-halal== luckily master Bala support our lunch haha XD (at other restaurant) we pray at hotel seri malaysia.

in the evening, we went up to Genting Theme Park. it ws about 5.00 pm. a bit late==. it was fun to ride the cable car^^ so high haha. got someone of us crying also XD after we arrived there, hanafi n i directly wanna go to outdoor park. but unfortunately, it ws too late as we nid to back johor tat nite. so we juz walk around n seeing around there== then we joined master n others entering Snow World. its really fun in there^^ sooo cold of coz XD as we nid to wear jacket, gloves n boots. we play snow ball fight, eat ice cream, play tat sliding thing (dunnoe wad it called XD), n taking photo^^ its so freeeeezing haha^^



after having dinner at McDonald, we went back to apartment n sir gave us some comment about course and instructor things~

about 11.00 pm, me, hanafi n fiona went back to johor. it ws really a tiring and sleepy day as we nid to stop to sleep about 3 times. haha i cant hold my eyes! really nid to sleep== after send fiona to her house, hanafi sent me back home and i arrive about 8.30 am.
it was so fun experience :D
